An afternoon in the comfort of your own home, dedicated to nourishing your body, mind and spirit. This virtual retreat (via Zoom) will also support the invaluable work of St Teresa’s Hospice.* Move your body with two Pilates sessions led by Hazel, spend time in guided relaxation, learn how to perform your very own facial and take time out to plan how your post-lockdown future will look. Included in the price is a wellbeing pack which you will need for the retreat (see below for further details). This 3-hour session will: - enable you to move your body through Pilates teaching - provide space for us to reflect on what recent months have taught us & how we can harness that learning as we move forwards - consider the importance of self-care - experience a guided relaxation - introduce you to the clean, green, eco range from Tropic Skincare - give you new skills in performing your own facial routine - provide you with the materials you need for this session & to continue your reflections going forwards Wellbeing Pack Pilates spiky ball Used to release tension in specific areas of the body which is causing niggling pains such as in the hips, gluteal muscles and hamstrings. Tropic Body Pebble A concentrated, eco-friendly body cleanser, with conditioning shea butter and delicious coconut extracts (worth £8). Something to enjoy as you reflect on what you got from our time together. Notebook & pen Your retreat will include time to reflect, plan and to journal.
