A one-off class for those who would like to know more about the benefits of Pilates, or for those who have had a break and need a refresher.
We are a center for improving how your body feels and functions. Offering: Physiotherapy, Pilates, Yoga, Massage, Reflexology, Chiropody and many other therapy's. We run weekly classes, one off classes and workshops. Feel free to give us a call or drop in if you have any questions.
