Pilates targets the deep postural muscles and works by building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment. It helps to reshape and tone the body. It will also improve your posture, achieving the perfect balance between strength and flexibility, and it is a great way to relive unwanted stress and tension.
Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package. If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle or pass used to make the booking. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Pilates & Burlexercise with Ceza. Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds.
